Site PlanLogo
The logo for this sight is the capital "S" with square on its top right quadrant with a Papayrus font capital "D" inside it. The Logo should not be modified without the approval of the site owner. The "S" should be near #2E3595,the square should be #D7B12F, and the "D" should be #E89E58.
The logo should appear on the top left of every page within the header. It should also appear as a favIcon on each of the main index pages.
The top of the header title Ssquared.net should be aligned with the top of the logo. Ssquared.net should also be aligned just to the right of the logo.
Font
The font used on the entire site through inheritance is the generic serif font family.
Colors
The colors used for the header and content area are orange #F2AA24. The shadows and borders of all pages are #807072. The navigation color is #6E6B65.
Graphics
Since this sight is mainly for displaying my photo work there will be many photos throughout the site. Thumbnail photos should be used when displaying pictures. These thumbnail photos can and should have links to a full sized photo. This helps the page to load quickly for every person who visits. If a user would like to see the larger file they will expect to wait a short time for a larger photo to load. This practice should be strictly followed in all pages designed.

Photos on pages other then the gallery sites will follow these guidlines unless specific restrictions limit size or shape.
Content
Because this site is both a personal site and a link to my professional site, it should be clean and well organized. But it should also show who I am. There should be a fun and spontanious feel to it. The content should help bring focus toward the photo galleries and personal content of the page.
Best Practices
In order to help Ssqared.net to be found as a fun and informative site the following guidlines or "best practices" should be followed:
- Each page should clearly and briefly identify itself and its purpose.
- Navigation should be consistent if not identital throughout all pages.
- Logo and Site name should be displayed prominently in the top left corner of the page
- Written content should be kept precise and to the point. Wordiness should be avoided by keeping word counts down
- Links should be easily located and self explainatory
- Code should be properly nested, closed, and organized
- Website design should be handled with CSS and not html markup
- Colors should compliment each other on the site. Font and background colors should not be overly vibrant or similar to help reading ease.
